Use the enquiry form on this page and tell us briefly what you need. The more detail you give, the faster we can route your message to the right person:
- Your name and preferred contact method.
- Where you’re located — even a rough suburb helps us involve the right District team.
- What your enquiry is about, in your own words.
What happens next
- Your message reaches the region team.
- We pass it to whoever knows the answer — often your local District Commissioner or Group Leader.
- You hear back from an actual person, usually within a few days.
A note on timing
We’re volunteers balancing Scouting with work, study and family. If we’re slow during school holidays or camp season, it isn’t indifference — it’s a canoe somewhere. Your message matters and will get answered.
