Our Districts
Moreton Region stretches from the heart of Ipswich out through the Lockyer and Brisbane Valleys to the growing suburbs of Greater Springfield. It’s some of the fastest-growing country in South East Queensland, and Scouting is right there with it.
We’re made up of four Districts, each supporting its own local Scout Groups. Whatever section your young person is in — Joeys, Cubs, Scouts, Venturers or Rovers — there’s a Group nearby ready to welcome them.
Limestone District
Ipswich city and surrounding suburbs, including the newer Ripley growth corridor.
Flinders District
The northern side of Ipswich, from Karalee and Karana Downs through to Rosewood.
Atkinson District
The Lockyer Valley and Brisbane Valley, taking in Gatton, Lowood and Esk.

Across our Region, our young people hike the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail, paddle local waterways, camp at Allawah on the Brisbane River, and join in everything from JOTA-JOTI to the Australian Jamboree.
