Help shape the next chapter of outdoor Scouting

This page looks forward — beyond Allawah Scout Camp and BP Park — to what camping in Moreton Region could become. As our region grows, so does demand for places where young people can sleep under canvas, cook on a fire and wake to birdsong.

Why more campsites matter

• Growing membership means busier booking calendars at our current sites.
• Different experiences suit different programs — from bush sites to activity hubs.
• Closer-to-home options mean more young people get more nights away, more often.

How you can help

• Share leads. Know of land, leases or partnerships that might suit? Tell us.
• Lend skills. Planning, construction, fundraising, environmental expertise — all welcome.
• Support financially. Donations and sponsorships directly fund future facilities.
• Join the conversation. Region forums will help decide what we build and where.

Try this

If you’ve ever thought “our Group could really use another camp option”, now’s the time to act on it. Contact us through our website and ask about the Future Campsites project. Big visions start with small conversations — let’s have one.
