Look wide. Venturer Scouts is for teenagers who are ready to lift their eyes, take ownership and see just how far they can go. It is about challenge, growth, friendship and a wider world of possibility.

Teenagers need more than activities to keep them engaged. They need real purpose, real voice and real opportunities to lead, and that is exactly what this section is built to give them.

A bigger world opens up

Venturer Scouts gives teenagers more say in what they do and more responsibility in how they do it. They plan ambitious activities, make decisions together and build the kind of confidence that lasts well beyond school.

What your teen will do

• Help shape activities, camps and bigger adventures.
• Build leadership through real responsibility and teamwork.
• Grow through challenge, service and shared experience.
• Develop practical skills, self-belief and maturity.

What your teen gains

Venturer Scouts helps teenagers become more capable, independent and grounded. They learn how to lead, how to contribute and how to keep going when things get hard.

What you can expect

This is youth-led Scouting with strong support around it. We give teenagers room to step up, while leaders guide the process, support safety and help them make the most of every opportunity.
